May 16, 2009 the dialing plan for Connecticut will change to 10 digit LOCAL dialing.
November 14, 2009 the 10-digit LOCAL dialing becomes Mandatory.
Note: 10 Digit number includes the Area Code. (Ex: (XXX)-XXX-XXXX)
