1. To Answer A Call :
   1. Lift Handset or Depress Speaker Button
2. To Place A Call:
   1. Lift Handset
   2. Dial "8" plus the telephone number for Off Campus, Dial "6" or "7" plus the four digit Extension for On Campus.
3. To Place A Call On Hold:
   1.  Depress HOLD
4. To Retrieve Call on Hold:
   1. Depress Blinking Call Appearance
5. To Transfer A Call:
   1. Depress TRANSFER Button
   2. Listen for Dial Tone or manually select available Line Key
   3. Dial 5 digit UConn Extension Number (6-xxxx or 7-xxxx), Announce Call
   4. Depress TRANSFER and hang-up
6. Three Way Conference:
   1. Have Call In Progress
   2. Depress CONFERENCE Button
   3. Dial third party
   4. Depress CONFERENCE
7. Six Way Conference:
   
   Storrs :
   1. Lift Handset
   2. Dial 112
   3. Call first party, have call in progress
      To add more parties
   4. Depress CONFERENCE button, and dial next party
   5. Depress CONFERENCE again to join parties.
      
      Note: You may also activate this feature during a call by:
      1. Depress CONFERENCE button,
      2. Dial 112
      3. Call next party
      4. Depress CONFERENCE again to join parties.
         To add more parties
      5. Depress CONFERENCE button, and dial next party
      6. Depress CONFERENCE again to join parties.
   
   Branches:
   1. Feature available upon request.
   2. Dial 123 instead of 112
   3. Call first party, have call in progress

10. Call Pickup:
    1. Lift Handset or Depress SPEAKER Button
    2. Dial *99
11. 1 Digit Speed Calling:
    1. Lift Handset or Depress SPEAKER Button
    2. Depress Speed Call Button or Dial * 74
    3. Dial Speed Call Code (2-7) plus telephone number
    4. Hear Confirmation Tone
12. 2 Digit Speed Calling:
    1. Lift Handset or Depress SPEAKER Button
    2. Dial *75
    3. Dial Speed Call Code (20-39) plus telephone number
    4. Hear Confirmation Tone
13. To Use Speed Call:
    1. Lift Handset or Depress SPEAKER Button
    2. Listen for Dial Tone
    3. Dial Code plus #
14. Auto Call Back Calling (on Campus only):
    1. Receive Busy Signal
    2. Depress ACBC Button
    3. Hear Confirmation Tone
    4. Hang-up
15. To Retrieve Call Back:
    1. Answer Call when ACBC and your Call Appearance Flash and Ring
16. To Cancel Call Back:
    1. Lift Handset or Depress SPEAKER Button
    2. Listen for Dial Tone
    3. Dial * 86
    4. Hang-up
