Campus Dorm Room Phone - Voicemail

Voicemail is an optional feature that you may request at NO additional cost.

You and your roommate will share a voice mailbox from which you retrieve your voice messages.

To activate your voice mailbox, complete this request form.

IMPORTANT:
RA's and CA's - your mailboxes were pre-built.
Please follow the instructions below to setup your mailbox.
You only need to complete this form if your mailbox is missing.

Your voice mailbox will be added within 1-2 business days.

NOTE: You must initialize your mailbox within 14 days to avoid removal of this service.

Mailbox Setup

Once your mailbox has been created, complete the instructions below.

  1. Dial 7-0111.
  2. When the system answers, press *
  3. The system will prompt you to enter your mailbox number. Your mailbox number and password is 850 + the last four digits of your telephone number.
  4. Listen to the tutorial and follow the prompts.
